Consult with business leaders to align activities and solutions to business strategy. Recommend strategic solutions based on research, information analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders and partners. Depending on workflow and type of business requirements, may provide a variety of work, such as project or program management, reporting, financial or other analysis and recommendations, change management, vendor management or communications. May be focused on one area of expertise, depending on business need. Use executive-level leadership and communications skills to accomplish work objectives, working directly with Tech leaders and their teams and functional partners (such as Risk, HR, Finance, etc).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Routinely works directly with Tech leaders, their teams, and functional partners on strategic initiatives and to identify strategic business solutions.
2. Apply deep subject-matter or functional expertise and breadth of industry knowledge to research, analyze, design, and/or maintain solutions and/or programs in support of changing business needs.
3. Provide strategic analysis and recommend actions to business leaders based on interpretation of findings. Exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information and knowledge acquired through work experience.
4. Accountable for on-time and budget delivery of portfolio initiatives in collaboration with business and technology partners.
5. Apply in-depth knowledge within own professional discipline and a broad understanding of concepts and principles of other related professional disciplines. Apply knowledge of best practices derived from experience and external networking to solve a range of complex strategic problems.
6. Provide a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems. Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
7. Lead projects or programs for strategic business initiatives with high risks and resource requirements.
8. Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
9. Oversee workflow, solve problems, coach, mentor, assist with interview and performance input. May supervise contractor-only teams or work efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience or equivalent combination in general business management or consulting, with a wide variety of exposure to senior business executives.
2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline assigned (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, change management, etc.). Understand foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines.
3. Experience managing complex initiatives and projects with material strategic or operational impact to the business in terms of revenue, cost savings, or process improvement.
4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of senior executive audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.
5. Advanced executive level communications skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and influence.
6. Experience leading, training, mentoring, and coaching other teammates.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree
2. Consulting experience
3. Financial services experience
4. If assigned to a specific area of focus, may require specific skills.
