Represent the Implementation and Execution team and acts as a Change Agent for the fulfillment centers by supporting processing, underwriting & closing teammates with the fulfillment system & processes and ensures adherence to all controls and procedures. Manage projects independently that cross multiple divisions and are fulfillment center initiatives.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Team lead role will manage direct reports which could include quality support analysts and change support analysts. Managing a team requires effective leadership skills and ensuring the team performs at their highest level.
- Coordinate and oversee Empower change requests in coordination with Data, Analytics and Change (DAC), and business testing while ensuring system functionality performs as expected; manage systematic workarounds by role until fixes or enhancements can be prioritized and installed.
- Lead development and maintenance for line of business reporting (Qlikview, Cognos & Dashboard) to ensure efficient pipeline management and remediation efforts. Lead scorecard and Functional Incentive Plan (FIP) data maintenance in coordination with Finance and Business Analytics Team. Lead Time and Motion studies.
- Coordinate and lead training initiatives to ensure effective teammate training for new hires and migration efforts related to new systems and workflow.
- Coordinate and lead business work-streams and project initiatives to ensure all items are managed to deadlines while successfully meeting required business needs. Responsible for driving project priorities, establishing goals and strategies while being responsible for project results. May negotiate with outside vendors and interact with and be able to influence the senior management. Projects may deal with mergers & integration, onshore & offshore vendors, pipeline management metrics, corporate business controls and risk adherence.
- Lead daily fulfillment center manager huddle calls to ensure fulfillment center leadership is supported for all critical updates and “need to know” for the day and ensure critical tasks are completed.
- Oversee systematic and manual risk controls and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to ensure production operations alignment mitigates risk.
- Respond to corporate audits related to business processes and adherence.
- Manage Fulfillment Center corporate Archer risk issues and respective remediation plans to ensure risk compliance.
- Lead efforts to support Line of Business (LOB) manager’s initiatives by developing presentation decks while ensuring effective and accurate content. Lead maintenance and writing of Policies and Procedure Managers (PPM) and Playbooks to ensure content is clear and effective for Fulfillment Center (FC) managers and teammate roles (Processing, Underwriting, and Closing).
- Quality Support Analyst within the Fulfillment Center SR. Analyst role requires:
- Underwriting background
- Quality control experience in reviewing loan files for product guideline adherence and responding to audit findings
- Determining loan quality error trends coordinating remediation steps and with Fulfillment Center Managers
Required Qualifications:

College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience. 5+ years of experience in a project management or analyst role. Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills, Leadership Skills while under pressure to meet deadlines, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Collaboration, Influencing and Communication Skills, Lead large conference calls.) Excellent writing skills and expert training presentation skills for large groups. Understanding of drivers of organizational and individual behaviors and how best to engage contributors at various levels of the organization. Experience on project teams, managing project work, & demonstrates ability to achieve desired results.Preferred Qualifications:
Additional computer skills such as MS Project Share-point build-out and maintenance Ability to travel to fulfillment centers Experience with Cognos Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industrySitting
