The Teammate & Collaboration Product Line Leader is accountable for leading Truist Teammate & Collaboration Strategy, Engineering, Implementation and Operations functions utilizing a blended matrix model. This leader is directly accountable for all development, delivery, and management of Truist digital workspace for all teammates, both internally focused and customer facing. This leader will work directly with the LOB, Corporate Properties to plan, design and implement go forward solutions that outfit Truist offices/branches and provide customer interfacing technologies to our LOB sales teams as well as internal teammates. This leader will be responsible for all end-user, and collaboration products and solutions through the entire lifecycle of ideation to sunset. This role must collaborate with cross-functional teams (Corporate Properties, DCIO, Business, Risk, Cyber, Cloud, etc) as well as support organizations (HR, finance, etc) to define product requirements, strategies that align with business and company direction, drive product innovation & optimization to ensure the delivery of secure resilient application consumable solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the multitude of enterprise/cloud based end-user, digital production and collaboration products, along with the business operations required to support a large financial institution. The candidate must have a strong security, product management focus with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to address the evolving mobile workforce in a heightened cybersecurity landscape. This leader will be responsible for management of multi-million-dollar enterprise partnerships with vendors, that help enable and deliver our solutions. This leader must be the ‘general manager’ for Truist digital workspace & collaboration capability which will require direct and matrix leadership of large enterprise-wide teams, along with deep technical and business acumen.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide executive leadership for all end user and collaboration functions and business unit budget management.
2. Define the enterprise digital teammate & collaboration vision, strategy, and roadmap for Truist products and solutions.
3. Develop P+L for the products within the product line in partnership with finance. Define critical metrics that define success of the products.
4. Interface with LOB business leaders and Corporate Properties to align to enable the business with remote, and office based solutions for teammates and customers.
5. Identify and drive key metrics and industry benchmarks for the products and services to ensure stable, cost effective and secure products and services.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, considering security, usability, and customer needs.
7. Drive product innovation and differentiation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback.
8. Work closely with business, DCIO, risk and cyber partners to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for infrastructure products.
9. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features to enable business strategies.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to determine business unit performance and NPS scores.
11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to end-user, digital & collaboration platforms and data protection.
12. Provide mentorship & development across the networking domain at Truist to ensure a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with career progression and well thought out succession planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading global scale end-user & collaboration domains at large enterprises, with a focus on secure products and solutions.
3. Minimum of 7 years of executive leadership with direct multi-million-dollar budget accountability.
4. Strong understanding of enabling large-scale enterprise workforce with digital solutions.
5. Strong understanding of mobile workforce enterprise & cloud based technologies.
6. Proven track record of successfully managing the development and launch of direct to consumer products or solutions.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree preferred.
2. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
