We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Collaboration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collaboration products and platforms, with extensive experience in video conferencing and audio/visual production.Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize 6+ years of progressive work experience with collaboration products and platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Townhall, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and video conferencing units (Cisco/Microsoft/Neat).
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain video conferencing devices (Microsoft Teams Rooms/Cisco).
• Develop and produce training and operational guides for new technologies.
• Ensure seamless conferencing and meeting connectivity across multiple platforms, including Webex, and Teams.
• Plan, build, and manage video endpoints, including Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
• Provide audio/visual production support, including staging, lighting, run of show, calling the show, and handling audio and camera equipment.
• Commission and install AV equipment.
• Offer hands-on meeting connectivity and teammate support in conference rooms.
• Work with A/V equipment such as Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, Projectors (Epson, NEC), and BrightSign players.
• Utilize ServiceNow for managing service requests and incidents.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of progressive work experience with collaboration products and platforms.
Extensive experience with video conferencing devices and AV equipment.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and produce training and operational guides.
Strong familiarity with multiple conferencing platforms and video endpoints.
Experience in audio/visual production and AV commissioning and installation.
Hands-on experience with meeting connectivity and support in conference rooms.
Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Strong technical skills in collaboration products and platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and training skills.
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
Ability to work well in a team and support teammates.
Preferred Skills:
