- Lead development of sustainable solutions that increase revenue, increase efficiency, reduce risk and/or create competitive strategic advantage for Truist. Leverage technical and business expertise to provide analysis, validation, and interpretation of insights for Digital, Client Experience, and Marketing.
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand business strategy and work in cross-functional teams to drive successful strategic outcomes.
- Lead analysis of business and user needs, requirements documentation, performance measurement, and the interpretation of results for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead analysis effort to gather, formulate, define, and design solutions to the most complex business problems.
- Analyze, design, and maintain data sources in information systems in support of projects, information needs, and changing requirements.
- Measure client interaction in order to improve client experience, digital adoption, and marketing segmentation using various analytics tools (SAS, Adobe Analytics, R, Python, etc.).
- Apply subject-matter expertise, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to recommend actions to business leaders.
- Act as team leader for projects with moderate budgets or of short-to-intermediate duration.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Must hold at least one of following certifications: Agile POPM, Agile CSPO, Six Sigma Black Belt, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Must have 5 years of progressive experience in IT positions with significant experience in analysis and design
- Must have at least 4 years of experience performing/utilizing the following:
- Generating actionable insight and recommendations from complex analytics and large datasets
- Planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
- Analyzing data, gathering requirements, and working with clients and technical teams to translate requirement into solution.
- Utilizing experience with: Microsoft Office software products; SQL; Waterfall SDLC; DynaTrace, Splunk, and Tableau; API analysis & testing; Digital Product Management; Digital Business Analysis; Mobile & Online banking products; Systems & Data Analysis; Stakeholder Management; Cross Functional Team Management; User Journey Mapping; Prototyping; Release & Sprint Planning; and Backlog Grooming.
- Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Atlanta, GA. Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24-hours’ notice.
