Produces reports or package of reports utilizing databases, data assets, applications and more to provide information to business leaders. Reports may be in the form of standardized dashboards or customized views of data upon request. Ensures data pulled is consistent with business needs/requests. Applies knowledge of the business to customize reports and deliver meaningful information. Reviews reports to identify data integrity issues and provides feedback to application/database administrators to ensure any issues are addressed. Answers questions from end-users of reports to provide additional context. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of data during the transfer from source systems into business unit data assets Applies a comprehensive understanding of data processes/flows and concepts to implement frameworks, processes, controls, models, and solutions for business unit. Be able to set the standards / apply data for fit for use when applying data into business decisions. Drives out the identification and mitigation of data issues as necessary to support organization priorities. Identifies and champions the implementation of data process and practice improvements. Lead automation for all deliverables with process efficiency and effectiveness."

1. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization

• Ability to gather and construct Data requirements to support automation of reporting

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with diverse audiences

• Previous experience in the banking or fin-tech industry
