Please review the following job description:

As an associate, you will support the Chief Partner Officer and the broader partnerships team. Facilitate communication between partners and internal stakeholders, oversee projects, monitor their advancement, and contribute to the organization's business growth.

Partner with business leaders to align activities and solutions to business strategy. Research and analyze business issues and potential solution. Liaise on venture and deal modeling. Engage in AI related tools. Depending on workflow and type of business requirements, may be assigned a variety of work such as financial or other reporting and analysis, change management, vendor management or communications; or instead, may be assigned to focus on one area of expertise, based on business need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Apply basic industry knowledge to research, analyze, design, and/or compile information in support of projects and changing business needs.

2. Help source, evaluate, and cultivate new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.

3. Perform analysis, validation and interpretation of report outputs. Follow up on business actions based on interpreted findings of the analyzed business reports. Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
4. Managing data entry, preparing presentations, reports, and summaries related to partnerships; organizing meetings and events.

5. Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
6. Supporting the preparation, negotiation, and review of partnership agreements and contracts.

7. Helping track metrics, report on partnership performance, and suggest improvements.


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, including up to two years of analysis and project management.
2. May have developed skills in financial analysis, change management, vendor management, project management or other business processes or have breadth of knowledge in several areas.
3. Foundational understanding of applicable principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with business management or a professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, financial analysis, risk management, etc.).
4. Effective verbal and written communication sufficient to provide information to others and accomplish business objectives.


Preferred Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge of business models and awareness of industry issues.
2. Financial services experience
3. Venture and Deal Modeling experience

4. Familiarity with AI technology tools
