Facilitate highly interactive adult learning experiences with an emphasis on behavioral integration and on-the-job application. Incorporate a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Apply internal/industry knowledge of LOB expertise to facilitate exceptional learning experiences that deliver on Truist's purpose and align with strategic organizational outcomes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Effectively deliver exceptional blended learning experiences using a variety of instructional delivery methods incorporating adult learning principles and theories.
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the supported line of business and is viewed as a content subject matter expert.
3. Provide consultative input on projects that involve key stakeholders.
4. Effectively communicates using storytelling and questioning techniques to adapt the learning experience for practical day to day application and aid in learning retention.
5. Foster an environment conducive to learning that is engaging, inspiring, and safe, supporting inclusion and diversity.
6. Provide feedback and make recommendations for improvement and enhancements to training curriculum and programs.
7. Observes and provides feedback to less seasoned facilitators and makes recommendations to improve facilitation skills.
8. Act as a subject matter expert in aligned LOB and provide consultative input on projects that involve key stakeholders.
9. Supports LOB learning projects related to annual planning, program creation, and building strategic models for delivery.
10. Assist with recommending developmental solutions and fulfills special requests for customized courses, assessments, and seminars.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Adult learning, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
2. At least 7-10 years of retail bank or contact center experience.
3. Engaging, high energy hands-on professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Possesses knowledge of adult learning theories and experiences with a variety of modern learning modalities (instructor-led, case studies, scenarios, simulations, mobile, micro-learning, social, coaching, mentoring, etc.) and model/coach to those skills with less experienced facilitators.
5. Strong skills translating learning theories into facilitation delivery that create practice, skill acquisition/building, and create the appropriate climate for performance and behavioral change.
6. Passion for training delivery and experience of delivering training, presenting, and facilitating content.
7. Strong, professional executive presence, and business acumen.
8. Execute superior technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, WebEx.
9. Ability to influence and be a leader for organizational change.
10. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively, and possess problem-solving skills
11. Proven ability to increase learner engagement through course facilitation.
12. Strong stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skills at all levels in an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Professional Learning Delivery certifications (or the equivalent)
2. Previous financial services training experience

The annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
