Responsible for strategic and day-to-day oversight of the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace (CREW) systems and vendor services. This role will develop and lead an overall technology strategy for the CREW business, maintaining a multi-year technology roadmap, vendor strategy and governance program and oversee change management for technology initiatives.****Position has in office expectations and is not a remote opportunity.****

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partners with CREW leaders to understand business objectives to inform the development and execution of the technology strategy and roadmaps.
2. Delivers and oversee the administration of tools and technology, data and insights that enable operational efficiency across the organization.
3. Partners with internal technology support teams providing directions for response, delivery and maintenance of new and existing systems and technology.
4. Implement technology to support departmental needs for dashboards and insights to enable decision making along with a framework for storage of electronic records.
5. Influences and leads large-scale technology change initiatives, coordinating closely with function managers and subject matter experts.
6. Develop a comprehensive vendor strategy which ensures consistent application of the Truist Third Party Procedures and manages vendor / service risk and compliance.
7. Proactively challenge the performance of current systems and processes, identifies risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary risk mitigation steps are built into the processes.
8. Leads a team or multiple teams of internal and/or external resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7-10 years of corporate real estate, consulting, technology experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Strong understanding of Corporate Real Estate principles and the ability to apply that to strategic decisions.
3. Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex technology ecosystems, programs and projects with proficiency in real estate management or workplace management software.
4. Strong leadership skills and experience in issue resolution, influencing team members and other stakeholders, conducting difficult negotiations and managing timelines for deliverables.
5. Proven track record of solving technical, operational, risk management, business and organization problems of high complexity, analyzing possible solutions using real estate experience, judgment and precedents.
6. Ability to manage complex competing priorities using analytic and interpersonal skills. Experience building business cases, presenting to and collaborating with Executive and Senior Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Corporate Real Estate, Banking or financial services experience.
2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement and project management methodologies
