The CX Program Delivery Consultant will play a key role in supporting Truist’s enterprise client experience strategy and reporting framework. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with cross functional leaders to advance strategic client experience initiatives and support consistent execution of the enterprise governance framework.You will help drive alignment across teams by contributing strategic insight, developing clear and compelling executive level reporting, and supporting the delivery of multiple high visibility initiatives. Strong writing, communication, and PowerPoint storytelling skills are essential, as you will translate complex information into concise, executive ready materials that influence decision making. This position is ideal for someone with strategy expertise, strong relationship building capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse business groups while ensuring disciplined, high quality program execution.
**On-site/5 days a week - Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and deliver executive-level reports that provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
Execute a robust governance and reporting framework for client experience, insights, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials through partnership with cross-functional leaders.
Manage deliverable timelines, coordinating multiple reporting initiatives across different business units to meet organizational needs.
Support the project management and activation of enterprise-wide client experience strategies, supporting key activities with cross-functional leaders to drive success.
Strong business acumen/knowledge, management experience, problem solving, critical thinking, influencing and sound decision-making skills. Demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritize.
Work collaboratively with leadership and operate independently, act as a resource for teammates with less experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
5 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement related role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others and facilitate difficult conversations with leadership
Experience managing or leading projects or project work streams
Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and it’s competitors in the market
Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as the needs of the job change
Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint, preparing presentations for senior level teammates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA
- Five years of related experience
