The Business Operations Strategist plays a critical role in supporting the Wholesale TD&O Division by driving operational excellence, enabling strategic alignment, and ensuring cohesive execution across key business functions. This role partners closely with business, technology, and operations leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, support executive decision making, and communicate priorities with clarity and impact. In this role you will be expected to:

• Drive strategic alignment across the Wholesale TD&O Division by developing, maintaining, and executing strategic roadmaps that support business and operational objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape division level strategy, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and enable consistent execution across functions.
• Prepare high quality executive materials for Boards, Committees, and leadership forums, including presentations, briefings, and decision documents.
• Support enterprise and divisional planning efforts by coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities.
• Lead strategic communications across business, technology, and operations stakeholders, translating complex initiatives into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration to ensure initiatives are well governed, risks are surfaced, and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Provide insight and analysis to support leadership decision making, including synthesizing data, identifying trends, and highlighting key impacts and tradeoffs.
• Promote operational rigor by establishing best practices, frameworks, and processes that enhance transparency, accountability, and execution discipline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the Business Operations function spanning ET or for a leader of a specific division within ET.
2. Support leader Executive Reporting routines (including but not limited to Board, Committee, Operating, Staff, Investor Relations, External Media)
3. Support various efforts or projects of significant complexity and/or risk exposure
4. Indirectly or directly support a team or multiple teams of internal and/or external ET resources to deliver various efforts or projects
5. Identify and implement Continuous Improvements to create efficiencies in the running of the organization (including creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and/or job aids, and process automation)
6. Establish and maintain relationships across all levels of leadership and partners including but not limited to Finance, HR, Legal / Office of the Corporate Secretary, Risk, Audit, and Communications


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and minimum ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to include general business management, consulting-type work, or other disciplines related to executive reporting, operations management, business management and/or technology.
2. Broad knowledge across multiple areas such as executive reporting, stakeholder management, finance, project management, and change management
3. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
4. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
5. Superior executive-level communication skills (verbal and written), including negotiation, persuasion, and ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.
6. Must possess ability to:
a. Be organized, consume volumes of information, data, and synthesize in an executive summary manner
b. Think critically to connect the dots across information and organizations
c. Support slideware creation for deliverables at the executive level
d. Provide highest level of attention to detail across all deliverables
e. Establish positive working relationships across a large organization
f. Work in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround is demanded

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience supporting executive level reporting
2. Experience in Financial Services and/or Technology
