Under moderate supervision, provide systems analysis support for application systems. Gather information, analyze, develop and document specifications to solve simple enhancements. This position is office-centric 5 days a week in our Truist hubs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with application technicians and Business Analysts to gather and document requirements to solve business problems.
2. In accordance with approved standards and procedures, interpret client requirements into documented system requirement specifications.
3. Analyze desktop application requests added to the portfolio and request tickets through ServiceNow.
4. Thoroughly test assigned enhancements.
5. Develop knowledge of assigned applications and their interaction with other applications.
6. Work with Enterprise Architect teams to develop knowledge and support their business and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Two to four years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) certification
2. Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management
3. Advanced knowledge of data flow, mainframe/client server systems, problem analysis, and systems tuning. Adept with network interfaces and technologies
4. Proficient in multiple programming/script languages with proficiency in development of systems and program interfaces
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office products
6. Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office products
7. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
