A highly skilled and experienced generalist who can be successful assigned to multiple ATM Channel Operations functions with the ability of independent decision-making, including analysis and solutioning complex system related technical, operational, and customer issues, performs critical fleet administrative tasks, creation and maintenance of databases and management reports, interpreting data, and identifying performance trends.1. Analyze and solve complex ITM/ATM/Device system related operational and customer issues, leveraging monitoring systems and coordinating third party support technicians in the field
2. Responsible for escalation of production issues for quick resolution exercising independent decision-making and understanding and supporting continuous development of ITM/ATM/Device support systems
3. Position requires flexibility in prioritizing daily workflows, with strong emphasis on multi-tasking
4. Makes decisions on highly complex issues with considerable latitude in judgment interpreting policies and procedures and resolves technical, operational, and client impacting problems within established guidelines
5. Monitor, identify, research, compile, and report daily operational fleet administrative data related to specialized transactions, functions, work volume, productivity, and finance and quality issues.
6. Research, compile, analyze, mitigate, clear and report moderately complex operational data from production, productivity, financial, and quality statistics
7. Create and maintain ITM/ATM/Device performance dashboards, fulfilling ad hoc data requests
8. Assists with identifying trends and uncovering reoccurring issues as well as acts as a catalyst for change in making recommendations for streamlining functions and processes
9. Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training materials, provide training to others in the department/ function as a highly skilled generalist who can be successful assigned to any operations function
Required Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 year's banking operations or retail branch banking experience with an emphasis on analytical concepts
2. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business situations using basic analytical tools and specialized applications.
3. Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, analytical and presentation skills.
4. Experience in handling complex technical and research issues
1. Associate degree with an emphasis in accounting/finance or 5 years equivalent relevant work experience in retail banking operations environment
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other bank applications necessary for monitoring, research, and reporting such as Ariba, ServiceNow, XPTR, and NCR Vision
3. Specific certification in ATM hardware break-fix and maintenance support in a help desk environment
