Job Description

Serves as a dedicated Trust Advisor for selected high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients within a particular market or region. Works closely with other senior members of the relationship team to meet all of client’s wealth planning, estate planning and wealth transfer needs. Responsible for developing new and expanding current wealth management relationships. Must have a thorough knowledge of all fiduciary products offered by U.S. Bank, as well as a working knowledge of all Wealth products. Must also have an established professional network in the local and/or regional market.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience providing financial planning, estate planning or combination of both to clients with net worth exceeding $10 million
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience drafting or reviewing estate, business or other planning documents for clients with net worth exceeding $10 million
- Deep and broad knowledge of the fiduciary, tax and estate planning disciplines
- Well-developed communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
- Established network in local market(s)
- Professional designation(s) preferred such as JD, CPA, CTFA, CFP and/or national trust school graduate

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $131,240.00 - $154,400.00 - $169,840.00
