Job Description

Directs assigned market’s sales efforts and the compliance/administrative duties regarding the sale of investment services through U.S. Bancorp Advisors. Responsible for setting and achieving revenue and expense budget for assigned market, and ongoing recruiting and hiring of Financial Advisors to reach market objectives. Ensures compliance with state and federal securities laws as well as U.S. Bancorp Advisors’ established policies and procedures. Ensures that a successful relationship is maintained between U.S. Bancorp Advisors and other bank divisions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of relevant investment experience
- Eight or more years of management experience
- NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65/66, 53 or 9&10
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of securities markets and investment products
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of USBA services, policies, procedures and practices
- Well-developed leadership and strategic management skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with capability to multi-task

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $155,295.00 - $182,700.00 - $200,970.00Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
