Job Description

The Commercial Banking Representative team functions as the internal help desk to support Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Sales Consultants and provides support to any enquiries that need direction related to Treasury Management Products. The Reps will give technical support to internal business partners with any questions and how to navigate thru the systems. The Reps will also handle escalation Process.

  • Functions as the primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank.
  • Maintains and expands the relationship with customers by providing overall customer support services.
  • Works proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, and to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship.
  • Identifies products and services that meet customers needs.
  • Develops working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in financial services industry

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Knowledge of all TM Products, focused, Resourceful and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with department-specific systems
  • Superior knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
  • Proven credit support skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $25.63 - $34.18 - $37.60
