Job Description
U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) is currently seeking a dynamic person to plan and deliver high quality experiences for our tradeshows and events. The successful candidate is passionate about creating meaningful experiences to help build our brand through careful logistical planning, collaboration across multiple stakeholders, and seamless execution of events. They will also have a critical eye towards continuous process improvement and optimization to ensure business goals are met.
The successful candidate should thrive in a high energy work environment and will be skilled at managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing needs. They are a natural problem-solver and work well independently as well as in collaboration with others including sales, product, and marketing colleagues.
Position Highlights
- Manage CPS participation in third-party events as a sponsor and/or exhibitor.
- Manage end-to-end tradeshow and event production including project management, communications, budgeting, travel coordination and comprehensive logistics of in-person and digital events.
- Work with show service vendors to arrange various services including materials handling, labor, electrical, furniture rental, and shipping.
- Coordinate closely with the business line to confirm objectives are established, and outcomes measured related to event participation.
- Ensure event complies with all U.S. Bank policies and standards.
- Manage U.S. Bank hosted events as well as internal events and special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to shape event objectives and content that reflect our vision, values and voice.
- Assess communication needs, create new materials, and update existing materials as needed. Partner with marketing to execute communications.
- Execute budget management, financial tracking and contract negotiations
- Ensure event complies with all U.S. Bank policies and standards
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
- Self-starter with ability to adhere to project timelines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills coupled with attention to detail
- Strong experience with budget creation, management and reconciliation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and good working knowledge of audio-visual systems
- Willingness to travel domestically when required
- Experience working for a financial services firm a plus
Hybrid/flexible schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
