Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Full Stack Engineer (multiple positions) in Irving, TX.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready, testable code for UI dashboards, backend APIs, and tools.
- Design, develop, and implement critical banking applications and dashboards, integrating with third-party services to enhance customer satisfaction and financial operations.
- Build and optimize frontend and backend systems to improve performance, reliability, and scalability, leveraging real-time data synchronization and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and business analysts, to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Review production deployments, ensuring high availability, minimal downtime, and efficient resolution of issues through optimized CI/CD workflows.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively address critical production incidents and maintain system reliability.
- Enhance banking platforms with development features and software tools that meet business customer needs, focusing on scalability and seamless user experiences.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Technology, and 2 years in a Software Developer, or related, occupation.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:
Full Stack Development Agile SDLC; Java, and JavaScript; CSS, HTML, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and Spring Boot; SQL; Jenkins and SonarQube; and Microservices architecture.
