    • Deal screening and risk identification
    • Portfolio monitoring summaries
    • Market and asset-level analysis
  • Develop repeatable prompt templates and workflows to ensure consistency, explainability, and auditability
  • Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, bias, and alignment with credit policy
  • Partner with technology teams to embed AI tools into underwriting and portfolio systems

2. CRE Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze loan-level, property-level, and market data to generate actionable insights on:
    • Portfolio performance (NOI trends, DSCR, LTV migration)
    • Sector exposure (multifamily, office, industrial, retail, specialty)
    • Geographic and MSA-level risk concentrations
  • Build dashboards and reporting to support:
    • Credit committees
    • Portfolio reviews
    • Regulatory and risk management reporting
  • Use statistical and analytical techniques to identify early warning signals and emerging risks

3. Underwriting & Credit Workflow Optimization

  • Partner with credit officers and underwriters to:
    • Streamline underwriting workflows via automation and AI
    • Standardize data inputs and outputs across deal teams
    • Reduce manual effort in memo writing, data aggregation, and analysis
  • Translate credit policy and underwriting standards into machine-readable logic and prompts

4. Data Management & Governance

  • Support the development of structured CRE data environments, including:
    • Data ingestion, cleaning, and normalization processes
    • Integration of internal and external data sources (e.g., market comps, rent data)
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, model risk management (MRM), and compliance standards
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and prompt logic for auditability
