Job Description
Performs quality assurance engagement for Correspondent and HFA mortgage lending platforms and integrations, ensuring strong alignment between onshore coordination and offshore execution within a hybrid operating model. Provides guidance to test leads and extended teams while embedding rigorous testing practices and quality governance throughout release cycles. Partners cross-functionally with product, development, business operations, and change management teams to drive effective collaboration and contribute to the resolution of complex testing challenges. Leverages tools such as JIRA and PractiTest to support test documentation, coverage analysis, defect tracking, capacity planning, and data-driven reporting, while continuously enhancing testing methodologies and promoting standardization across Home Lending Delivery. Maintains strong communication, supports cross-training of testing resources, and ensures work details enable clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders at all levels of management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of direct experience (including project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Mortgage industry experience, preferably within Correspondent and HFA channels
- Exposure to test automation, with a preference for Selenium
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, technology, and management teams
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions using data-driven insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes in a collaborative environment

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
