Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Credit Reporting Analyst to join our Credit Risk Administration (CRA) team.

About the Role
In this role, you will help modernize and streamline key Wholesale Credit Risk reporting and analytics processes that support portfolio risk managers and business lines. You will work directly with internal partners to ensure reporting needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
You will split your time between recurring reporting responsibilities and project-based work aimed at enhancing reporting capabilities. This includes building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, automating and simplifying recurring processes, and performing data research by aggregating and integrating information from multiple systems using SQL, Python, or similar query languages.
You will collaborate closely with risk managers, business lines, and data teams to create, improve, and maintain the bank’s Wholesale Credit Reporting suite.
Key Activities
- Design, build, and automate end‑to‑end reporting processes using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to support enterprise credit risk management.
- Develop advanced dashboards and data storytelling experiences that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring consistent, timely, and high‑accuracy delivery across all Wholesale loan portfolios.
- Serve as a trusted partner to credit portfolio risk managers, helping to define reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Communicate trends, findings, and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders, influencing credit strategy, policy decisions, and portfolio performance.
Core Competencies
- Experience in Wholesale Credit concepts, risk metrics, and portfolio performance drivers.
- Strong process re‑engineering mindset with the ability to optimize and automate workflows.
- Analytical thinking and curiosity-driven problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills
· Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, including building complex, interactive dashboards.
· Proficiency in Power BI development, DAX, and BI modeling.
· 5+ years of experience using SQL, Python, or similar programming languages to transform and analyze large datasets.
· Strong understanding of Wholesale Credit lending risk frameworks, portfolio monitoring practices, and regulatory expectations.
· Demonstrated ability to convert data into compelling visualizations and narratives for senior audiences.
· Proven success collaborating with diverse cross‑functional teams including risk, technology, and data management.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence decision-makers.
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
