As a Fee Analyst within Global Fund Management (GFM) Operations, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate fee billing and delivering a seamless experience for our Wealth Management and Corporate Trust partners.
This is a highly visible role where your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams will directly impact client satisfaction and revenue accuracy.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner supporting fee administration and billing operations:
Analyze and interpret complex fee schedules and agreements across Wealth Management accounts
Complete account setup, maintenance requests, and billing updates with a high degree of accuracy
Ensure proper fee coding for accurate invoicing and revenue posting
Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Client Managers, and front office teams to support business needs
Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent overbilling or underbilling
Manage billing workflows using systems such as Advantage Fee Billing and BPM request tools
Navigate non-standard scenarios by applying critical thinking beyond established procedures
Support evolving processes, including transitions to digital invoice delivery methods
Work environment & schedule
Location: Milwaukee, WI (RiverCenter)
Hybrid: 3+ days in-office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of financial industry related experience
Key skills for success
Ability to listen, ask questions, and approach challenges from multiple perspectives
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working with data, reporting, and SLA-driven environments
Ability to navigate ambiguity and think beyond standard procedures
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of trust, securities, or wealth management operations
Familiarity with fee billing systems and account management workflows
How you’ll be successful

Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
