Job Description

Serves as a technology analyst for assigned applications within the home lending domain, supporting development and continuous improvement of mortgage and home equity products. Maintains a strong understanding of platform capabilities, system integrations, and end-to-end lending processes. Bridges business needs with technology execution to ensure aligned and efficient delivery across interconnected systems.

Leads project release activities, including research, analysis, design, implementation, and monitoring of new or enhanced solutions.

Analyzes complex, detailed information to generate actionable insights and informed release recommendations. Evaluates system interdependencies to identify impacts, risks, and opportunities across upstream and downstream applications.

Partners with internal teams and external vendors to deliver well-integrated solutions that meet business objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Ability to analyze business needs by facilitating discussions, planning agendas, collaborating with business leaders, and delivering clear documentation and presentations
  • Strong application of project analysis and testing practices, ensuring quality and consistency across delivery
  • Proficient in Jira for backlog management, writing detailed user stories, bugs, and defining test cases
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and other tools to support analysis and reporting
  • Strong project coordination, organization, and analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence and negotiate across teams
  • Deep understanding of home lending processes, systems, and end-to-end business flows

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
