U.S. Bank is seeking a Platform Analyst to join our Working Capital Finance System Support team. In this role, you'll support critical Global Trade platforms, partner with operations and technology teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency and platform modernization.

What You'll Do

  • Support and troubleshoot multiple trade and supply chain finance platforms, including Trade360, Trade Point, KTA/TTA, and related applications

  • Manage support requests, investigate issues, and provide solutions through Service Central and business support channels

  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to enhance platform performance and user experience

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

  • Support users across multiple regions, including the U.S. and India.

Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid 3+ days in office at West Side Flats

  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST with rotating end-of-day production support responsibilities extending to approximately 6:30 PM CT during assigned weeks

Must be U.S. Citizen not on any type of Visa.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience supporting Global Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Banking Operations, or related financial services platforms.

  • Knowledge of the following platforms:

    • TPS / CGI Trade360

    • Trade Point

    • Tungsten / Kofax Total Agility (KTA/TTA)

    • IPF Hub

  • Experience with:

    • Power BI

    • Power Apps

    • Microsoft Copilot

    • AI or automation technologies

    • Cloud-based solutions

  • Experience supporting production environments, ticket management, incident resolution, or platform operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex operational environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business partners.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
