Job Description
This Fund Accounting Team is excited to add a new Process Operations Specialist to their group. This role supports high-volume operational and accounting processes with an emphasis on improving efficiency through automation. Responsibilities include daily swaps processing, broker statement reconciliation, and reporting activities. The role also involves supporting and troubleshooting existing automation tools, including templates, macros, and email-triggered workflows, while contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily operational and accounting tasks, including swaps processing, broker statement reconciliation, and reporting
Support high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
Utilize and maintain automation tools such as Excel macros, templates, and workflow-driven processes
Troubleshoot automation issues, including macro failures and process disruptions
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased automation
Collaborate with team members to manage workload and ensure continuity of operations
Location: 3 or more days in the Milwaukee, WI or Brookfield, WI locations
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
Two to four years of experience in accounting or finance activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Basic understanding of daily accounting and operational workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven operational environments

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools strongly preferred, including:
Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data visualization)
Power Automate (workflow automation, process flows)
Power Apps (process tools / front-end workflow solutions)
Ability to leverage data and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
