Job Description
Visa Direct is looking for driven students to join and support the Product team on strategic money movement initiative. Visa Direct is an exciting payment solution that Visa provides to clients to facilitate a fast & frictionless money movement around the world.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical individual with previous business experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive development of next generation product that uses AI/ ML capabilities and commercialize by collaborating with Product, Sales, Solutions and Client Services.
- Engage in producing roadmap presentations for internal stakeholder consumption and external client facing discussions. This includes driving product roadmap, sharing with clients, and provide guidance to clients to accelerate adoption of new features.
- Candidate will help establish change management discipline in North America to assess impacts, identify, and execute on required communication & readiness activities to drive seamless adoption of new product capabilities, network changes, policies, etc.
- Manage periodic updates to product documentation and collaborate with global stakeholders on communication impacts including development of FAQs, internal memos, and Visa Business News (VBNs) articles.
- Engage early in the product development process to provide input in the design and development stage; manage business requirements documentation review and work with product owners to build out functional specs for deeper dive into new features.
- Partner with cross functional teams across Product, Sales, Solutions and Client Services to plan and execute on communication/training for upcoming product and policy changes.
- Engage in data driven decision making in product development process using tools like Tableau, GBI (MicroStrategy), etc.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field graduating December 2025 or later
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, results driven, with the ability to quickly establish clear, well thought out action plans.
- Strong clear and concise written and spoken communications and the ability to demonstrate professional judgment.
- Drive deliverables to completion under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights.
- Ability to form hypotheses on client issue root causes and validate thinking quickly using data.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a cross functional team.
- Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of product development life cycle through experience or formal education.
Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $21/HR to $23/HR USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
This is a hybrid position: Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
