Essential Functions
The Implementation team are responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle of client or network partner implementations (onboarding, offboarding, expansion, and remediation). This role will be responsible for supporting the Implementation Managers on the tracking of multi-workstream activity and analyzing progress to compile effective reporting and communication. This is a great opportunity for candidates wanting to enhance their certified skillset with project management experience supporting a global team on complex programs.
What we expect of you, day to day.
This role will report to the Implementation Management Office and will work as part of the regional Implementation Team to ensure that all project activity is document within the systems, and that implementation is effectively progressing with no blockers internally within Visa. Payments and operations experience is an advantage. Day to day activities will include:
- Supporting implementation managers on client and network onboarding programs with project activity
- Creation of tickets to tech teams and tracking progress
- Monitoring transaction activity during testing windows
- Effective management risk logs and lessons learned catalogues
- Collation of reporting data for ongoing implementation activity
- Supporting process updates and process change controls.
- Enhancement of implementation templates and tools
- Updating process guides and training collateral
- Gather and analyse data to establish baseline performance of the implementations and provide valuable insight to where the opportunities are to improve.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Ability to work independently but with a focus on collaboration with fellow team members
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to think holistically and analytically and know when to take which approach
• Business data analysis skills
• Process focused, and detail orientated without losing bigger picture
• Curious and takes ownership of knowledge acquisition and learning path
• Hands on and willing to be flexible and adaptable
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to large and complex stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word are essential
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI preferable
• Experience of project management methodologies and applied knowledge is essential

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,000.00 to 141,250.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
