Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and self-starting Product analyst to join our Global Treasury Product team. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the payments industry, experience in Product at a tech led company, and interest in understanding the platform and product architecture that enables the processing of USD15T in transaction value annually. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, detail orientated, and able to drive delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Support development and maintenance of our platform products and take ownership of delivery activities, collaborating closely with technology and product teams across different geographic locations.
  • Manage a product backlog using standard categories such as epics and user stories.
  • Act as the point of contact for the team working with stakeholders from across the business with the objectives of analysing product usage, gathering requirements, and building new features to enable business value.
  • Craft and refine use cases translating business needs into successful features.
  • Collaborate with design teams on UI/UX elements to ensure a best-in-class experience for all users (internal and/or external).
  • Actively manage product delivery to ensure alignment with Visa’s overarching strategic objectives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)• 2-3+ years of relevant Product work experience in a technology led environment with a bachelor’s degree.
Strong domain knowledge of fintech and payments, FX, treasury (preferable).
Experience making trade-offs and prioritisation decisions.
Comfortable working in agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban across 1-2 teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different disciplines both written and oral.
Experience preparing Product artefacts, documentation, and approaches for Product delivery and execution.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results, ensuring that timelines are adhered to, and risks are called out early.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600.00 to 166,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
