Job Description
The Client Incentive Operations team is responsible for managing Client Incentive and Merchant Acceptance Incentive agreements. We ensure compliance with contractual terms and determine the accounting treatment of each incentive deal, ensuring conformity with US GAAP. We use LeanSix Sigma process methodologies to provide benefits to our stakeholders regarding quality, cost, and schedule associated with our work. This role supports the operations of client incentive teams from all regions worldwide.
Essential Functions
- Manage incentive contracts for Latin America
- Analyze newly executed incentive contract terms to assess Visas contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on Visa policy and procedures
- Review proformas to ensure accurate contract interpretation and proper application of Visa accounting policy
- Set up incentive contracts in the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system according to contract terms, ensuring that all key obligations are accurately addressed. Ensure consistency in the process, especially to accommodate system limitations
- Manage, track, and process contractual payments per contract terms accurately and in a timely manner for all regions
- Liaise with Sales, Legal, and clients to determine the fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Review ongoing contract performance and update future performanceamortization schedules as needed
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to assigned contracts
- Coordinate with the larger Client Incentive Operations team to understand various deals across regions and ensure a consistent business process is applied globally for similar contract structures
- Support adhoc analysis or projects as needed
- Ensure key production metrics for the month are met
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 89,200.00 to 126,250.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
