Job Description
Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company is looking for an experienced Analyst in Atlanta, GA to join the Enablers segment team as part of VCA (Visa Consulting & Analytics).
The Enablers segment looks after merchant acquirers, processors, payfacs, issuer processors, and other emerging businesses in the payment ecosystem that cater to the B2B sector.
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for driving consulting projects for clients, addressing needs such as (not inclusive):
- Benchmarking and portfolio optimization
- Customer research and UX experience
- Product development & go-to-market
- Customer lifecycle, retention, and growth
You must be comfortable with client interaction and being able to practice empathy with varying stakeholders.
Strong excel, analytics, and powerpoint skills required. Payment/fintech experience not required but preferred.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university with a degree in business, economics, data analytics, math, engineering, science, or similar field
- 2+ year full time work experience in business, strategy, consulting, analytics, or research role.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 93,200 to 153,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
