Job Description
The Analyst for Strategic Segments will be a key teammate to partner with strategy, business operations, insights and analytics teammates to analyze existing research, help shape go-forward learning agendas, and ensure we are consistently pulling through 'the voice of the consumer' across our marketing efforts in the US. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Segments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with strategy, business operations, insights, and analytics teams to analyze existing research and translate findings into actionable implications for the US market.
- Support development of segment learning agendas by identifying research gaps, synthesizing existing insights, and helping shape future consumer understanding priorities.
- Gather, analyze, and distill consumer insights to ensure the voice of the consumer is consistently reflected across marketing strategies, briefs, and activation plans.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that monitor performance across priority growth areas such as Affluent, Cross‑Border/Travel, and E‑commerce.
- Manage recurring reporting cycles and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision‑making.
- Conduct detailed analysis of behavioral, attitudinal, and performance data to surface trends, opportunities, and risks related to strategic segments.
- Partner with the Director of Strategic Segments to prepare segment summaries, insights presentations, and recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders in marketing, product, and analytics.
- Support integrated planning by providing data‑driven inputs that strengthen go‑to‑market strategies and help align segment priorities across teams.
- Handle the operational and data‑heavy components of segment strategy work
- Maintain strong documentation, organization, and insight libraries to ensure teams can easily access the latest data, research, and segment learnings.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 3-5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Background in marketing in financial services, tech, fintech, or payments
- Experience supporting integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with creative development workflows or production processes
- Familiarity with reporting tools or campaign measurement approaches
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong written and in‑person communication skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and levels
- Self‑starter who is proactive in asking questions and proposing solutions
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,700.00 to 170,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
