Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HRIS and/or IT partners for escalation and resolution of complex system issues

  • Assist HRSS leadership with documentation of HRSS relevant processes

  • Facilitate system training of new or existing team members

  • Identify, and recommend HRSS best practices and process improvements

  • Serve as lead for reporting and analytics: daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc

  • Resolve inquiries and escalated issues; recommend appropriate solutions

  • Handle onboarding, offboarding and/or team member life cycle tasks as assigned

  • Perform related work as assigned by the supervisor/manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in HR Shared Services/General or HRIS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in troubleshooting/researching HR related systems

  • Advanced experience with Google Workspace or similar; Sheets or Excel experience preferred

  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

  • Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Accurate data record keeping

  • Experience communicating with all levels of an organization

  • Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving complex employee cases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, HR or IT certification

  • Workday experience (reporting, onboarding/recruiting a plus)
