Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with HRIS and/or IT partners for escalation and resolution of complex system issues
Assist HRSS leadership with documentation of HRSS relevant processes
Facilitate system training of new or existing team members
Identify, and recommend HRSS best practices and process improvements
Serve as lead for reporting and analytics: daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc
Resolve inquiries and escalated issues; recommend appropriate solutions
Handle onboarding, offboarding and/or team member life cycle tasks as assigned
Perform related work as assigned by the supervisor/manager
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years of related experience in HR Shared Services/General or HRIS
Minimum 1 year experience in troubleshooting/researching HR related systems
Advanced experience with Google Workspace or similar; Sheets or Excel experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others
Good written and verbal communication skills
Accurate data record keeping
Experience communicating with all levels of an organization
Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving complex employee cases
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, HR or IT certification
Workday experience (reporting, onboarding/recruiting a plus)
