Heartland’s Dealer Sales Channel team is looking for a Sales Analyst Intern to join our dynamic group for Summer 2023! The Dealer Sales Channel team is responsible for driving revenue through software sales and credit card processing referrals from certified resellers across the country.

As a Sales Analyst Intern for the Heartland Dealer Sales Channel team, you will work to gather and translate data that has been collected about Heartland’s Dealer Direct Payment programs into a format to understand the root cause of lost opportunities and propose solutions for the team to deploy.

What will you be doing?

• Gather Data from Internal and External Sources

• Coordinate with Inside and Outside Sales Teams to Identify Critical Data to Capture

• Assist in building a data modeling tool, specifically using Excel/Sheets

• Work with the Dealer Sales Channel team to provide additional contextual information

• Perform Basic Statistical Analysis when necessary

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What are the requirements?

• Must be enrolled in a Business Analytics program at an accredited university or seeking a career in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Channel Management, or other related fields

• At a minimum intermediate level with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking and analytical skills.
