Summary of this role:

We are looking for a Reporting and Data Analyst (f/m/d) analyzing business needs, designing and developing reports and dashboards, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include gathering data and documenting requirements, performing data analysis using various tools, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with business and technical teams, and ensuring data quality. Essential skills involve strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical abilities in areas like SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools as well as finance background is requested because of the connected reporting responsibility so the person can ensure the correctness, completeness and rationality of reported data.

Which role will you play?

  • VISA/MC quarterly reporting

  • Commission reports preparation and cooperation with Partnership

  • Profitability reports, repricing support and profitability evaluation (end to end) - including mapping of revenues between reporting tool and accounting systems

  • MBR

  • QBR

  • Enterprise merchants reporting

  • BFS

  • Commerzbank reporting (Fresco tool) - currently showstopper is that no one from intended reporters is core employee of JV which seems as mandatory requirement for Commerzbank

  • SOX controls

  • Takeover data tasks - no connection to google data lake because of data residency restrictions

  • A/R report and related support to receivables management team

  • Higher involvement in receivables management because no one from that team will be transferred to JV so we need to have responsible person in our team as well

  • Various month end closing tasks

Who are we looking for this role?

  • 4 years experience in Finance as data analyst

  • Preferable experience in controlling or FP&A as data analyst

  • Practical experience with P&L analysis and related business data

  • Basic experience from financial sector

  • Advanced experience Microsoft Office suite - Windows; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion is advantage

  • Practical experience with P&L analysis

  • Hardworking and open-minded

  • Support for management decisions via regular and ad hoc reporting, business presentations and data analysis

  • Provide with effective analysis and reporting

  • Organisation and time-keeping, priority management, the ability to keep calm under pressure

  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills, in English as well

  • Willingness to constantly learn new things

  • Knowledge of accounting standard and/or principles

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Windows; Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of Power BI or other visualisation tools
