Job Summary
As a Core Payments Sales Director, you are responsible for leading your team of sales managers and their teams to success. Your dynamic leadership style will focus on recruiting, growing and leading your team to the top. Collaboration and communication are essential as you work with your VP to achieve organization goals. This role is for those who are results driven, passionate about empowering others, and inspired by innovation.
Job Duties
A Core Payments Sales Director plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization's sales. Your responsibilities include identifying, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier sales talent to build an elite team. You will lead other sales leaders on your team, and you will ensure your team’s success by fostering a high-performance culture and leading by example. As an effective teacher, you will demonstrate the capabilities of our cutting-edge point-of-sale solutions to empower your growing team to do the same. You will also be expected to maintain regular communication with your VP to align sales strategies and set them in motion for success.
Additional Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting, training, and leading sales leaders and their teams to success
Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze sales performance metrics to assess team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize results.
Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your Sales VP.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older
This position requires regular driving to visit client sites, therefore a valid drivers license is necessary
In accordance with state law, a background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
Live in area relative to job posting location
Ability to be in the field supporting your team

Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+
Base Salary: $90,000+
Residual Income: Keep earning from your hard work
